Shipping & Returns
Payment of items and shipping is available worldwide.
All prices quoted on the online store or quoted via email or phone are in Australian dollars. Prices quoted are correct but are subject to change without notice.
We charge a flat shipping (postage & handling) fee of A$15 to post anywhere within Australia.
We offer free shipping for purchases of A$200 and above anywhere within Australia only.
We charge a flat shipping fee of A$30 to post anywhere internationally outside of Australia.
Payment and Security:
When you order online you agree to pay the stated price for that item (and applicable shipping charges). Payment will be made securely via Stripe through an encrypted ordering process. You will be able to pay via Credit Card through Stripe.
Placing and Accepting Orders:
Please note that when you select an item for your cart it will remain in your cart while your browser is open. Once you close your browser, the item will be removed from your cart. Please note that due to the limited number of our items, if the item is removed from your cart whilst your browser is open, it means that someone else has bought the item. If your intention is to buy, we recommend you buy the item while it is in your cart.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been made in full and Kajal Creations is satisfied with the integrity of the order. Kajal Creations has the right to reject a transaction or customer at our own discretion. Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with Kajal Creations.
Once you have made a payment, you will receive a email notification from Stripe and an email notification from Kajal Creations. Then, once payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email from Kajal Creations within 2 business days stating your order and shipment details. Kajal Creations is unable to amend orders once the confirmation of payment has been made. Please make sure you have bought the correct jewellery item prior to payment.
We have a limited number of items on our online store as most of our jewellery are one-off pieces. Please note that in the unlikely event that the piece you order has been sold out before the online store is updated and we are unable to fulfill your request, we would:
- Advise you as soon as possible that the order has been cancelled and reimburse you as soon as possible.
- Do our best to offer you an alternative product.
Kajal Creations will always try to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please note exceptions of public holidays and weekends apply and items will be shipped the following business day. Therefore Kajal Creations aims to have all items delivered domestically within 5 business days and internationally outside of Australia within 10 business days. Delivery is by regular post via Australia Post. Regular post cannot be traced. You are accepting liability for non-delivery for whatever reason. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, Kajal Creations is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Kajal Creations if an order does not arrive. When an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with Australia Post to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. Kajal Creations will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Cancellation by Us:
Kajal Creations reserves the right not to provide goods or services, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.

Kajal Creations is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product.
We do not offer refunds and we do not accept returns or exchange items.
Before purchases are shipped to you, we personally inspect your items to ensure they are in good condition. Your purchases are then carefully packaged to ensure you receive them in the exact same condition. It is important for you to understand that natural, semi-precious stones are never perfect. They have blemishes and inclusions which give them their character.
However, if your purchased item is damaged* upon receipt, you have 14 days from the date the item is shipped to you, to take a picture of the damage and email the picture with an explanation of the nature of the damage to email@example.com
*An item is considered damaged if upon receipt, the purchased item has a faulty clasp/hook or loose stone which occurred during transit in the mail. As mentioned above, any blemishes or inclusions on the stones are a natural characteristic of the stone and not considered damaged. Please also make sure you handle the jewellery with care as the item will not be deemed damaged/faulty if it is not handled correctly.
We have a right to reject the claim if we do not agree with the ‘damage’. If we do accept the claim and agree to repair the item, you will have to arrange to return the item to us in its original packaging. Please include the loose stone when you return the item to us. You agree to pay all return postage costs to Kajal Creations including repair costs and re-delivery to you. We will notify you of the repair and re-delivery costs.
Please keep the appropriate proof of return from your post office. If the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item. It is your responsibility to ensure the item is adequately packaged to ensure that they are not further damaged during return transit.
If we are unable to repair the item, we will provide you with a store credit for the exact amount of your purchased item which can be used to make another purchase from the website.
